     You watch the sun set, you sit, you see the white sandy beaches while the last rays of the sun warm you.  

 You forgot the book on your lap and wonder how amazing you are here.

     It's like watching the sunset and feeling guilty about doing more than eating, finishing work, washing clothes, calling your mom, or having fun.

     Anywhere along the line, there is a sense of guilt, fear, and dissatisfaction.  This is almost expected. 

  What happened to us is that we lost our enthusiasm for tomorrow and replaced it with anxiety.

     It's time to empty it and move on.  Read on for 13 ways to live without fear and hope.

     1. Leave unexciting preconceived notions

     My friend and co-presenter,  Shaila bose, told me about the time when she thought she couldn't eat pizza because she couldn't find a knife to cut it.  He finally realized that he could break it and enjoy it.

     There are so many thoughts in our minds that we have not seen them before nor seen them again. 

 We always do the most beautiful things for no other reason because someone told us that we did it this way, or that it was the right way to do it.

     Start by looking at your work.  Review the things that bother you.  If you don't understand, make it your own!

     2. Know your strengths

     Everyone doubts that they can do a good job.  Often times, these doubts have nothing to do with whether or not we have it, but they bother us a lot.

     Take a look at your doubts and put them into words.  What or who doubts?  As we get older, doubts may start to come to mind.   

 It can be pronounced or simply explained.  Remember this is another person’s opinion and can be rejected regardless of how correct it is.

     Look at these doubts nowadays and determine if they are right for you.  Leave people who have no meaning.

     Carefully.  Think carefully about the things you are afraid of


    3. yourself.  believe in yourself

     Somehow, I overcame everything you've got life and still in the game.  Although life is uncertain, take some time to look at moments that seem impossible to deal with.  Think about it all the time, will you listen?

     I did it anyway.  Maybe you didn't do it well, but you did!

     Rest assured that whatever happens in the future, you'll find a way to deal with it.

     4. Stop looking for things to fix it

     There are a lot of home improvement programs out there, and I love them, but we should be happy with what we see before us.

     Our homes are not typical homes.  We live in them and live in times and uncleanness and revelation.

     Relax if you need to fix something.  Trust that you will get it.  But now, have fun.

     5. Don't worry about the little things

     When we face difficult times, we adopt survival patterns that work in difficult times, but not necessarily in everyday life.

     We decided not to worry about the little things so they wouldn't be far from us.  It takes happiness from life.

     If something goes wrong, take care of it.  Most small things come out of nowhere.

       
     6.  Remember that you are capable

     There are a lot of messages in life.  Most of the time, they try to buy something from us.  We are told that we are not thin enough, smart enough, educated or cold enough.

     This is enough weight.  Whatever your mind, it should be enough.  If you decide that you are sufficient.

     These things are up to you, not to anyone else.  Know that you, like yourself, deserve life, love, happiness and all good things.

     7. You don't need to worry about anything, you can always do something about it

     If you look at your situation now, it can be very dark.  But no matter what happens in your life, there is always something you can do about it.

     If something is bothering you, sit down and find out what you can do about it then go and work on it.

     8. Live with positive people

     There is nothing more discouraging than an insensitive person and those around him or whoever helps or always helps, no matter what you do to help him.

     These people can humiliate us.  Reduce your exposure to these people.  You should spend most of your time with cheerful and dynamic people.

     People who find ways to handle things in life give you positive energy.

     9. Don't let anyone insult, manipulate, or use you

     It may be difficult to recognize, but when you feel uncomfortable about someone or feel like walking on eggshells, they are likely to do so or blame you for falling and manipulation.  ۔

     When it is difficult to defend social norms when someone is passive or offensive, that person trusts them.

     If you see people who mistreated you without knowing, you think you are rude.  But there is a lack of behavior between them.

     If someone treated you badly, remember there is something wrong with you, not you.  Ordinary people will not destroy others.

     If anyone insults you, you have every right to demand that you be treated with respect.  It is not good to sit there and abuse. 

 If someone insults your husband or child, you are defending them.  Why do not hold up in your defense?

     10. Do not set personal goals based on external influences.

     Last week, I was talking about goals with my wonderful friend  Laila.  It reminded me that setting personal goals based on external factors that we do not control or lose our control over is harmful.

     For example, having a personal goal for winning a dance competition is an external goal because you never know when judges will be biased, or that some other competitors will have a better day than you. 

  Having a personal goal to learn a more technical program is a good internal goal because it gives you complete control.

    
    
     11. Throw a newspaper

     What is written in the newspapers is mostly bad news!  There is nothing wrong with buying people and reading newspapers.  Have you noticed that there is good news on the first page?

     Good news is everywhere.  You don't have to search much to find it.  If you have trouble believing this, write the good things you see in a day. 

 People open doors for others, and they hold charity parties to raise money for the injured or sick.  The list goes further.

     I firmly believe that the things that happen every day are better than the bad things that happen, and I challenge anyone to prove it.

     12. Work with children

     My job is to teach music to children.  This is the right thing to do, and it should end there. 

 Children are very bright, sweet and enjoyable.  They are excited about the future, be it sleep or movie. 

 Children are more balanced than ordinary adults because they are not learning anxiety or panic.

     It is the same mentality of working with children in whatever capacity you put yourself in. 

 These children and their thoughts destroy me every day.  This is the highlight of my life.

     13. Listen to music or watch high-quality art

     Art and music are the antidote to stress and negativity in life.  It is like yin and yang.  Your choice is to focus on good or bad. 

  On the other hand, many people think that art and music are not just strange discoveries.  They are the same life.

     While many articles ask you to focus on good things, they do not try to get you out there and find good things.  It does not come to you.

     Go to YouTube and search for music, websites and books of your choice to find art that will make you happy.  

Mark them and visit them frequently.  Find and enjoy most things in your life.

     Balanced communication of the things that make you really happy.  This will have a detrimental effect on your happiness level.

     Look in the dusty corner of your mind and leave your old decisions and ideas.  Look at it in broad daylight and see if they still understand.  If not, throw them away and go ahead!
