How-to-stop-fear-of-mistakes-that-you-did-not-even-make!

Hello,

The other evening, I was helping my elder son, Imran, do his athletic duties.  He noted that he often omitted his answer to the mathematical equation, so I asked why.

And he answered them, fearing that they would be wrong to answer.

So I told him that it is okay to make mistakes and that he does not always have to correct all the answers, because sometimes your mistakes can help you learn better.

Therefore, he confidently wrote his final answer to the mathematical equation and moved on to the next question.  4

This makes me think ... As adults we are afraid of making mistakes.

Especially nowadays, uncertainty about the future is confusing to many people.  Anyone can really avoid making any mistake in life, but you can learn how to use the drive to stop it and make a good decision.

How can you overcome the fear of making mistakes?

Do not be afraid of your fears.
What concerns you that is making mistakes to remind you that we are in a difficult situation.  So do not treat it as evidence that you are a hero, a brave person, or that you are weak.

    Use your emotional agility skills.
Fear of making mistakes can sometimes be stressful.  So emotional agility skills can be helpful in overcoming this.  The process begins with naming your thoughts and feelings, accepting reality, and following your values and what you think.

    Pay attention to your operation.
We cannot control the results, but we can control the systems and processes that appear there.

    Expand your thinking.
When we are afraid of making mistakes, our thinking is limited to this particular situation.  It seems logical that you can reduce your fear of making mistakes by thinking of other negative consequences.  But this technique can help push you into problem solving processes and reduce the mental grip that some of your fears have.

Different from the sound of a cloud.
When you are afraid, you want to see what the rest of you do constantly, always checking the data on social media or frequently.

But this can increase the information, make your mind tired and start feeling tired or closed.  Therefore determine whether you do so, and limit excessive supervision or excessive scrutiny.  Avoid frightening hysterical behavior.

What I shared was that some of the things that I did that helped me overcome my fear of making a mistake and I hope this is useful to you.

Please tell me if you want to write again and hold you back for fear of making mistakes?
